TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E434 OF 2025
By Andrew Precious Mbugua, of P.O. Box 201, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjeri Mbugua, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 21st August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2026
By (1) David Karanja Murima and (2) Isaac Muturi Murima, both of P.O. Box 10567-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nditu Kihara, who died at Pangani, on 8th June, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2026
By (1) David Karanja Murima and (2) Isaac Muturi Murima, both of P.O. Box 10567-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njambi Marima, who died at St. Leonard’s Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2026
By (1) Aquilars Mutuku Kalio and (2) Catherine Mbatha Nthambi Kalio, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Nthambi Kalio, who died at Wendano, Matungulu, on 18th November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
