TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2026
By (1) Kaitano Imbotio Machinji and (2) Benard Khawabo Shikoto, both of P.O. Box 43, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alphonce Majini Munyobi, who died at Mahiakalo, on 16th September, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Nanjala Nyongesa, of P.O. Box 195, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Nyongesa Otunga alias Nyongesa Otunga, who died at Lusumu Sub-location, on 14th June, 2017.

By Andrew Kisia Chole, of P.O. Box 183, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisia Chole who died at Lumakanda, on 14th February, 2000.

By (1) Antony Makombe Khabuichi and (2) Robert Aluvala Khabuichi, both of P.O. Box 220, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Khabuichi Shikumba alias Nathan Khaboichi Shikumba, who died at Lumakanda Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
