TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2026
By (1) Joel Lumbasi Makokha and (2) Mary Shituma Makokha, both of P.O. Box 20, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Shiundu who died at Ahamadiyya M. Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E400 OF 2026
By Wycliffe Mumbeyi Siama, of P.O. Box 17, Chavakali in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaiah Siena Muyah, who died at Shiswa, on 1st October, 2020.

By Wendo Wycliff Miheso, of P.O. Box 39, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Wendo Itambo alias Matayo Itambo, who died at Matawa Sub-location, on 9th November, 2025.

By Brian Luseka, of P.O. Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliya Majoni Amuchitsi who died at Kawangware on 30th October, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
