TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Mukami Waringa and (2) David Oyetu Waringa, both of P.O. Box 32013-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronicah Waringa Nyoike, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 4th February, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2025
By (1) Duncan Wandungu Kuria, (2) Bernard Chege Kuria, (3) Terry Kamau Kuria, (4) Joseph Charagu Kuria and (5) Levis Mungai Kuria, all of P.O. Box 290-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Wambui Kimani, who died at Ndumberi, on 1st November, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E318 OF 2025
By Loise Mwihaki Karanja, of P.O. Box 72020-00200, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Karanja, who died at Poplar Hospital in Kenya, on 13th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
