TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E487 OF 2025
By (1) Rose Wairimu Mutahi and (2) John Kiragu Mutahi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wahura Iganjo alias Hannah Wahura Iganjo, who died at Kiriaini Sub-location, on 2nd November, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By (1) Kariuki Chege Mwatha, (2) Nathan Ngonjo Chege, (3) Wilson Kihu Chege and (4) Elijah Karagu Chege, all of P.O. Box 7640-0505, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jesse Chege Kariuki, who died at Githumu, on 23rd October, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
