CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By Joyce Ncene, of P.O. Box 1145-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mutiuria Lichoro alias Mutiuria Charles Lichoro, who died at Kayole, on 13th February, 2021.

By (1) Loice Mukuhi Gitau and (2) John Muthama Mbathi, both of P.O. Box 100-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Wilfred Muthama, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2024.

CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Samuel Ndungu Kariuki and (2) Bernard Kinu thia Kasale, both of P.O. Box 1-20116, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Muchina, who died at Kiambogo, on 27th September, 1983.
The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
