CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Beatrice Wangithi Gitiiri, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwangi alias Mwangi Kibuchi Buyana, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2016.

By Lucy Wangari Karuga, of P.O. Box 126, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Munene Kamau, who died at Mugambaciura, on 20th November, 2023.

By (1) Jeremiah Munene Mugo, (2) Allan Mugambi Mugo and (3) Irene Njeri Mugoh, all of P.O. Box 494, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mugo Wambu, who died at Kianguenyi, on 22nd November, 2016.

By James Gitari Kiura, of P.O. Box 76, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Kiura Njeri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th February, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
