PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2026
By Emmanuel Muthoka Mutinda, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbalonzi Ndaka alias Mbolonzi Ndaka, who died at Athi, on 18th April, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By Emmanuel Muthoka Mutinda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Munywoki, who died at Athi, on 14th February, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
