TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2026
By Vincent Okira Ongeri, of P.O. Box 261-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongeri Mokora alias Antanus, who died at Bonyakera, on 27th October, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By Pasipika Kerubo Maiko, of P.O. Box 180, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Moturi Nyongoki, who died at Bomeroga, Gesoni Location, on 15th June, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2026
By Reuben Bosire Masese, of P.O. Box 2088-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sese Natbo, who died at Mwamanwa Sublocation, on 22nd July, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
