TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2026
By Daniel Ochieng Makori, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterlis Ogayo, who died on 15th August, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2026
By Turfosa Atieno Omolo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Ondiek Olweny, who died at Wasweta I, on 17th August, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2026
By (1) Charles Maroa Mwikwabe and (2) Gati Ngabia Chacha, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhiri Murimi Rarao, who died at Getonganya, on 20th April, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
