TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By (1) Wangeci Kabui and (2) Peter Wanjohi Wambura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Nuggi Mburu, who died at Kabati, on 1st April, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2026
By Boniface Ndung’u Mwai, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwai Thumu, who died at Kabati, on 24th March, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2026
By Wilfred Kabugi Kamau, of P.O. Box 617, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erastus Kamau Muturi, who died at Githumu, on 30th December, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
