TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E484 OF 2025
By Charles Odida Awuro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Awuro Abuto, who died at Nyamware North Sub- location, on 23rd October, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Margaret Anyango Aoko, of P.O. Box 90, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nereah Ogoudi, who died at Kabar, on 17th June, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
