TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2026
By (1) Silas Omondi Randiak and (2) Hellen Atieno Adhiambo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Randiak Otieno, who died on 8th July, 1987.
CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025
By Roselyne Awuro Origi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Imbo Ogony alias Imbo Ogony, who died on 5th November, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2026
By Jacob Omondi Orengo, of P.O. Box 61, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bodo Orengo Michinus alias Bodo Orengo, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 4th April, 1983.
CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2026
By Anjelina Auma Ongwen, of P.O. Box 94, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Odumo Oyieng, who died at Upper Osiri, on 1st August, 1985.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
