TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2026
By Joice Akinyi Opiyo, of P.O. Box 523, Oyuqis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Ogot Ong’ow alias Ogot Angovu, who died at Kawino, on 8th October, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2026
By Grace Akinyi Owako, of P.O. Box 49, Oyuqis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Okoth Owako, who died on 13th December, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2026
By (1) Justus Andoke Jabuya, (2) Tom Okoth Jabuya and (3) Kenedy Onyango Jabuya, all of P.O. Box 297, Oyuqis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jabuya Mireri Nathaniel alias Jabuya Mireri, who died at Kamioro, on 13th December, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
