IN THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT TAMU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024
By (1) George Omolo Nyachienga and (2) David Juma Nyachienga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norbetus Nyachienga Ayoma, who died at God Abuoro, on 9th July, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Okello Okal, (2) William Branham and (3) Grace Atieno Onyango, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Millicent Okal alias Millicent Ogano, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
