By (1) Esther Ngina Ngovi and (2) Gideon Mutiso Ngovi, both of P.O. Box 35, Kithimani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Mbuli Ngovi, who died at Mamba Sub- location, on 29th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By Peter Mutuku Ndolo, of P.O. Box 72, Matuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndolo Mbusya, who died at Kaluulini, on 13th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2026
By Alice Mumbua Muthui, of P.O. Box 80, Kindaruma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthui Kavita alias Muthwii Mutua, who died at Kivaa Sub- location, on 21st November, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
