By Stephen Owour, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Owour Ochoa alias William Owour Ocho, who died on 17th May, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Otieno Oloo, (2) Joseph Onyango Oloo, (3) Paul Ayodo Oloo and (4) Benard Omondi Oloo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Oloo Owiyo, who died on 10th October, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2026
By (1) Rose Atieno Odiwour and (2) Dickens Otieno Owour, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Odiwour Otieno alias Thomas Odiwour, who died on 31st May, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By Okeyo Patrick Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Melabon Augustinus Okeyo alias Augustus Okeyo Omonde, who died on 28th October, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
