TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2025
By Claris Achieng Owano, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ongwech Boyi alias Samson Ongwech, who died on 30th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2026
By George Otieno Odongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odongo Ouko, who died on 26th March, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
