CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Miriam Omar Abdalla, (2) Kassim Omar Abdalla, (3) Fadhili Omar Abdalla and (4) Nuru Omar Abdalla, all of Kilifi, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Abdalla, who died at Tezo, Kilifi Town, on 25th August, 2000.

By (1) Ahmed Ali Said, (2) Ahmed Ali Twahir, (3) Salim Ali Rashid and (4) Fatma Abdalla Said, all of Mombasa, the deceased’s grandsons and granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobana Said Abdulrahman, who died at Mogogoni, Mombasa, on 12th June, 1990.

By (1) Ahmed Ali Said, (2) Ahmed Ali Twahir, (3) Seif Ahmed Said and (4) Fatma Abdalla Said, all of Mombasa, the deceased’s grandsons and granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aisha Said Abdulrahman, who died domiciled at Magogoni, Kisaui, on 22nd May, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Ahmed Ali Said, (2) Ahmed Ali Twahir, (3) Salim Ali Rashid and (4) Seif Ahmed Said, all of Mombasa, the deceased’s grandsons and granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Uba Said Abdulrahman, who died domiciled at Magogoni, Mombasa, on 8th July, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
