PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Frashiah Kabura Ngugi and (2) Caddy Nyambura Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 29040-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wainaina Njoroge, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June 2025.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) Margaret Wangui Njatha and (2) George Kiere Njatha, both of P.O. Box 11469-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Njatha Njihia, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
