PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Kamanda Ndegwa and (2) Peter Patrick Ciera Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 1-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njeri Gituma Ndegwa alias Elizabeth Njeri Gituma alias E. J. Gituma Ndegwa, who died on 19th March, 2025.
Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
