TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025
By (1) Charles Kasyoka Mulinda and (2) Naomi Ngina Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 1-90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacques J. Kilonzo, who died on 7th July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By Edith Vauti Kasika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Kasika Kiseli, who died on 5th September, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
