TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By (1) Benson Otieno Nyaridi, (3) Kennedy Onoka Nyaridi, (3) Simon Peter Ouma Ochieng and (4) Gilbert Okoth Ochieng, the deceased’s sons and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Nyaridi, who died on 20th August, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By (1) Mourice Ochieng Ogutu, (2) Millicent Adhiambo Ogutu, (3) Marcelline Achieng Amoya, (4) Caroline Auma Sadia, (5) Beatrice Achieng Ogutu and (6) Susan Auma Atela, the deceased’s son, daughter, granddaughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Girado Ogutu Opala alias Gradow Ogutu Opala, who died on 17th March, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) Beatrice Achieng Ogutu and (2) Caroline Auma Sadia, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Benard Ogutu alias George Daniel Omondi Ogutu, who died on 12th August, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Susan Auma Atela and (2) Collins Ochieng Arua, both of P.O. Box 3141-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Arwa Ogutu alias Peter Arua Ogutu, who died at Kanyakwar, on 2nd April, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
