TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2026
By Mathias Lumumba Amwayi, of P.O. Box 577, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Abungana Amwayi alias Raphael Milimu Anyula, who died at Shidodo, on 4th April, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2026
By Stephen Sifuna Mulongo, of P.O. Box 531, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulongo Uyekha alias John Mulongo Murefu, who died at Budonga, on 23rd September, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
