TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2026
By Cosmas Othieno Buluma, of P.O. Box 239, Namable in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Buluma Opisi alias William Buluma, who died at Sidende, on 25th July, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2026
By Cosmas Othieno Buluma, of P.O. Box 239, Namable in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakhungu Opisi Kwere alias Wakhungu Opesi, who died at Sidende, on 5th October, 2004.

By Wederick Omeri, of P.O. Box 35, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Ateba Omeri, who died at Agolot, on 20th March, 2003.

By Simon Makokha Ochudi, of P.O. Box 274, Namable in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Makokha Obai, who died at Alungoli Sub-location, on 8th March, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
