CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2024
By (1) Mary Wairimu Mwathi and (2) Charles Njenga Warui, both of P.O. Box 19- 00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s daughterin-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Warui J. Kangethe alias Sosipeter Warui T. Kangethe, who died on 9th March, 2008.

By (1) David Kamau Kabuu and (2) Charles Mbugua Mburu, both of P.O. Box 19- 00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Kabuu Kamau alias Shedrack Kabuu, who died on 23rd April, 1981.
