By (1) Mary Wairimu Ngonde and (2) James Thuo Gicheha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gicheha Kubiu, who died at Thigio, Gichagi, on 19th January, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2026
By Mercy Nduta Gachii, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kimani Gachii, who died at Olamron, on 2nd February, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By Leah Kinya Irungu, of P.O. Box 1814- 00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfaece Muchugia Muchugi, who died along Thika Highway, on 1st March, 2026.

Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Wairimu Mwanyiki alias Zippoa Wairimu Mwankii alias Zippora Wairimu Mwanyiki alias Spora Wairimu Mwankii alias Zipporah Wairimu Mwankii, who died at Nderu, on 19th December, 2013.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
