TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2025
By Everlyn Wanjiru Ileri, of P.O. Box 75, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacinta Rwamba Njeru, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2025
By Benson Gitau Mwangi, of P.O. Box 62, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Wambui Mwangi, who died on 1st April, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By (1) Dickira Njura Kanyue and (2) Sammy Njaria Kanyue, both of P.O. Box 1252-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Edward Njeru Kanyue alias Patrick Samuel alias Patrick Edward N. Kanyue, who died at County Medical Centre, on 29th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
