IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MERU
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By (1) Franklin Mwirigi Nedthiu and (2) Allan Mwiti, both of P.O. Box 703- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Karwitha Nedithiu alias Joyce Karwitha alias Joyce Karwitha Riungu, who died at Life Care Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
