TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) Catherine Cikuthii Musyoka and (2) George Gitonga Mucioka, both of P.O. Box 32- 60403, Magumoni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamlick Musyoka, who died at Mukuuni, on 1st August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2026
By Margaret Igoki William, of P.O. Box 543- 60400, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William M. Mwebia alias William Mwebia, who died at St. Teresas Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
