IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT MACHAKOS
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2025
By (1) Catherine Syombua Ngovu and (2) Angelinah Mumbua Katumo, both of P.O. Box 823, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbusu Katumo Ngovu, who died at Muvuti, on 22nd December, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By (1) Kasyula Ndambuki, (2) Matthew Ndeto Kieti, (3) Martin Kyengo Maingi and (4) Agatha Munyiva Ngovi, all of P.O. Box 373- 90101, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandchildren, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki Nzau, who died at Unni, on 17th August, 1979.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
