TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2024
By Julius Kiilu Vele, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vele Tivangave Ngesu, who died at Kitui, on 21st August, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E451 OF 2025
By Mulaa Katuva, of P.O. Box 1172- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katuva Kasiu, who died at Kyondoni Sub-location, on 7th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E455 OF 2025
By Musyoka Ngite, of P.O. Box 1- 90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Ngite Kiema, who died at Museve Sub-location, on 8th February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
