PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By (1) Cecilia Njeri Kariuki, (2) Nicholas G. Rosha, (3) Grace Wanjiru Nugre and (4) Anne Nyambina Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Kariuki Gitu, who died at P.C.E.A. Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Jane Njoki Njeri and (2) Racheal Muthoni Richard, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Njeri Kanyonyi, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 26th December, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
