CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Clara Shilinga Stom, of P.O. Box 311- 30100, Uasin Gishu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. CSB, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Andanyi Andola, who died on 17th December, 2023.

By Jane Wairimu Ngungu, of P.O. Box 336- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazarus Katumo, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By (1) Florence Nyambura Maina and (2) Johnson Njahiri Maina, both of P.O. Box 9310- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Njaheri Muchiru alias Maina Njaheri Muchiri, who died at Yamumbi, on 15th June, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
