TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Joel Kipngenco Soi and (2) Edward Kipngetich Soi, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Soi, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By (1) Joel Kipngenco Soi and (2) Edward Kipngetich Soi, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabutany Chepngenco Marisin, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2026
By (1) Samwel Cheruiyot, (2) Joseph Kibet Cheruiyot and (3) Wesley K. Cheruiyot, all of P.O. Box 13, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Balyach alias Kipkemoi arap Baliach, who died at Lelkatet, Chemaner Location, on 24th May, 1973.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
