CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2025
By Paul Nyariget Moogi, of P.O. Box 2532- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Kemunto Moogi, who died at Nyoera, on 6th February, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E458 OF 2025
By (1) Agnes Moruri and (2) James Maobe Nyatwanga, of P.O. Box 792, Kisiini Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christiano Nyatwanga Nyatwanga, who died on 22nd August, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By Samuel Nyakundi Osoro, of P.O. Box 4024-40200, Kisiini Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Osoro, who died on 7th October, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
