PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2026
By (1) James Owino Agidho and (2) Fredrick Otieno Agidho, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Agidho Oyoyo, who died at Usenge, on 12th October, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By (1) Peter Achando Onyor and (2) Joseph Jigo Onyor, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Anyoro Gungu, who died at Usenge, on 18th May, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
