TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025
By Fred Omondi Oido, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Oindo Opany alias Oindo Opany, who died at Abom, on 10th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By (1) George Otieno Obura, (2) Michael Oguso Obura and (3) Samwel Okelo Obura, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Rasare, who died at Bondo, on 10th April, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By Rose Atieno Ogoma, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Ogoma Anam alias Caleb Ogoma, who died at Usenge, Bondo, on 13th December, 1994.
CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2026
By John Juma Omollo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cliopas Omollo Otieno alias Omolo Otieno, who died at Nyagoko, on 10th June, 2000.

By (1) Grace Obilo Otieno and (2) Pamela Atieno Adhola, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Obillo Otieno, who died at Usire, Bondo, on 29th June, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
