TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Alcent Onyong’o Matiku, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margate Odira Matiku, who died at Kagoro, Migori, on 31st January, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2026
By Rose Akinyi Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Amolo Hassan, who died at South Kanyamgong, on 13th July, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2026
By Pamela Lodenyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Asava Ndoli, who died on 12th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
