TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2024
By Nikolas Obat Kasera, of P.O. Box 14- 40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasera Bondo, who died at Nysoko, Migori, on 11th March, 1991.
CAUSE NO. E528 OF 2025
By (1) Salina Adoyo Oluoch and (2) Julita Akinyi Oluoch, both of P.O. Box 1245- 40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Tom Oluoch Abayo and (2) Johanes Ayayo Abayo, who both died at Wasweta II, on 19th December, 2005 and 6th March, 1999, respectively.
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2026
By Benadeta Akongo Ondiek, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Aroko Ondiek, who died on 1st April, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2026
By Roda Abuya Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Paka alias Otieno Paka, who died on 12th June, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
