PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E4 OF 2026
By Tabu Yongo Kazungu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzo Randu Kombe, who died on 25th December, 2012.
CAUSE NO.E6 OF 2026
By Antonietta Comensoli, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Constantino Franchi, who died on 7th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO.E24 OF 2026
By (1) Katsaka Kenga Jefwa and (2) Samuel Katana Wanje, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Katana Wanje, who died on 12th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
