TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E3 OF 2021
By Julius Munyao, of P.O. Box 74, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Kioko, who died at Sultan Hamud Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2020.
CAUSE NO.E49 OF 2025
By Christina Nduku Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 132-90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nthakyo Katunga alias Nthakyo Katunga, who died on 25th September, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
