PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO.E14 OF 2025
By Paul Wambua Mulaki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithingo Mulaki, who died at Kawelu Location, on 6th September, 1995.
CAUSE NO.E16 OF 2025
By Kasyoka Mwema, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwema Munyoto alias Joan Mwema Munyota alias Joan Mwema Munyoto alias John Mwema Munyoto, who died on 15th July, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
