TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2025
By Leurindah Anyembe Makokha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Makokha Etabale, who died at Shibembe, on 10th October, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By (1) Danican Akatu and (2) Godfrey Simiti Makhabwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makhabwa Namale alias James Makhabwa, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2004.

By Aggrey Amukhumwa Kweyu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kweyu s/o Abuti alias Kweyu Abuti alias Kweyu Wabuti, who died on 9th May, 1981.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
