By Mark Wellington Ondego, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Owino Manya, who died on 29th January, 1999.

By George Owira Hongo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Hongo Ochieng alias Vitalis Hongo Ochieng, who died at Bar “B” Sub- location, on 12th January, 2024.

By (1) Sella Owade Awiti and (2) Caroline Atieno Ogundo, the deceased’s widow and daughter- in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Awiti Deya alias Awiti Deya, who died on 17th September, 1984.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
