TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E432 OF 2025
By Caroline Auma Ogola, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Owange Nyumba, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 29th March, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2026
By Siprinah Opiyo Osore, of P.O. Box 49- 40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dison Osore Nyamori alias Osore Nyamori, who died at Kasule, on 30th September, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
