TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2026
By Willingtonce Omusugu Etyang of P.O. Box 2, Amukura in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jospa Ariku alias Jospher Ariku, who died at Aterait Sub- location, on 30th June, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2026
By (1) Filex Godfrey Ipomai and (2) Sabensia Opoma, both of P.O. Box 60, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Ipomai Esili alias Alexander Ipomai, who died at Amagoro Sub- location, on 9th August, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
