CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2025
By (1) Kimani Thiongo, (2) Nancy Waithira Mwangi and (3) Henry Mwangi Mwaniki, all of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thiong’o Ndindi, who died at Ndundu Estate, on 12th July, 1996.

By Mary Muthoni Wanjiku, of P.O. Box 56- 01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wanjiku Ndicu, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd March, 2007.

By (1) Agnes Wanjiku Rwambo and (2) George Rwambo Muhindi, of P.O. Box 2291, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ian Kiguru Muhindi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
