CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025
By Andrew Nyoike Charagu, of P.O. Box 353, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joicephine Wambui Charagu, who died at St. Thomas, on 4th October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2025
By (1) John Chege Mbuthi and (2) Esther Gathoni Chege, both of P.O. Box 445, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cicilia Murugi Buthe, who died at Thaba, on 11th December, 2014.

By (1) Jane Muthoni Nderitu and (2) Eunice Wanjiru Mbutu, both of P.O. Box 65784, Kamiti in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbutu Karanja, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2017.

By Ann Muthoni Kinu thia, of P.O. Box 870-00520, Ruai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kinu thia Kahihu, who died at Bamboo, on 29th November, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
