TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024
By Joseph Kochwa Muka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Muka Ashioya alias Muka Joram Ashioya, who died at Emasatsi, on 9th October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2025
By Naftali Odongo Keya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Inyangala Amunze alias Ernest Inyangala, who died on 9th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2025
By Fanuel Chamwoma Eshirama, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Saya Chamwoma alias Anne Saya, who died on 4th September, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
